As Chief AI & Digital Officer of ELIQUENT Life Sciences, Andy Greenberg leads the firm’s artificial intelligence and digital transformation strategy. He brings more than 25 years of experience translating market vision into executable strategy across the life sciences, healthcare, and wellness sectors. Andy applies the latest in generative and agentic AI, advanced analytics, and data-driven technology to amplify the expertise of ELIQUENT’s regulatory, quality, and safety consultants, helping clients make faster, better-informed decisions on a quicker, more sustainable path to market.

In his role as Chief AI & Digital Officer, Andy is an entrepreneurial leader who converts vision into ROI-driven initiatives. He pairs the strategic discipline of a global consulting executive with the hands-on agility of a startup founder, building and scaling capabilities that turn emerging technology into measurable business outcomes for ELIQUENT and its clients.

Most recently, Andy was a Managing Director at Accenture, where he led the North America Data & AI practice for Life Sciences R&D. Earlier at Accenture he led the North America Digital Health practice — serving as executive sponsor of the Digital Therapeutics & Remote Assessment (DTRA) program and launching the firm’s Software-as-a-Medical-Device (SaMD) practice. At PwC, he led the North America Life Sciences R&D and Digital Health advisory practice, advising clients on clinical trial optimization.

Before consulting, Andy was SVP of Product & Market Development at GlobalFit and co-founder and EVP of FitLinxx, where he helped raise $50M in venture capital and earned a #20 ranking on the national Fast 500 list of fastest-growing U.S. technology companies. He is an inventor on three U.S. patents and serves as an AllStar Mentor with Techstars.
