As Quality & Compliance Manager within Client Operations, Ann’s focus is on business process improvement cross-departmentally. She champions the promotion of Quality Management principles and manages the internal QM audit schedule.

With 15 years’ experience in quality management, Ann is adept at analysing and enhancing business processes across various sectors. She is entrusted with overseeing the Quality Management System, including audit scheduling, document control, internal QMS training, and spearheading working groups dedicated to addressing quality and compliance concerns. Additionally, tasked with evaluating client satisfaction to maintain high standards of service excellence.
