Colm Coveney is an experienced commercial leader with over 17 years’ experience across Client Services, Engagement, Project Management, and Talent Management focused on the Life Science industry. Colm has led & co-ordinated the delivery and mobilization of small to large teams to support clients with various Quality, Compliance and Regulatory initiatives, including multi-site major remediation projects and strategic M&A assessments.

At ELIQUENT Life Sciences (formerly Validant), Colm has been instrumental in driving and expanding the European and RoW business through a focused commercial strategy and project optimization. He has held increasing management roles up to his current position as Company Director. Colm has led the identification, tendering and negotiating processes with C-level sponsors at the largest pharmaceutical and Medical device clients globally on critical Quality, Compliance and Regulatory projects. In his current position, Colm oversees all activity for the EU Headquarters including internal staff, external contractors, and vendor support.

Previous to ELIQUENT, Colm has created various Business Development, Talent Management and HR functions from from concept to successful operation.
