Dan is a Project Management Professional (PMP) life sciences business and technology consultant with over 15 years of industry experience in global pharmacovigilance system implementation, business process redesign, PV strategy, data migration, and change management.

Prior to joining ELIQUENT, Dan was part of Truliant Consulting.  He previously held the position of Director of Business Services at Insife, where he secured a landmark account with a European government health regulatory agency and subsequently led a 25-person project team to a successful pharmacovigilance IT system implementation. His responsibilities included sprint management, project budget oversight, and managing various delivery partners.

Dan’s professional journey includes significant leadership roles at Foresight Group International AG as Associate Project Management Director in Life Sciences Pharmacovigilance, where he managed large-scale global IT implementation projects and served as a business account owner responsible for driving substantial revenue growth. At Navitas Life Sciences, he functioned as Managing Consultant and Client Account Manager, leading a major pharmacovigilance optimization effort for a global pharmaceutical company.

His earlier career experience encompasses positions at Deloitte Consulting as a Strategy and Operations Consultant and at IBM Global Business Services as a Project Manager and Senior Consultant, where he developed subject matter expertise in integrated supplier product cost reduction and contract management.

As a thought leader in the industry, Dan co-authored two white papers: one focusing on the Chief Safety Officer’s role in achieving great safety ratings and another presenting a case for streamlined complaints management in medical devices.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Management Consulting from the University of Notre Dame and maintains certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and in SPIN (Situation, Problem, Implication, Need-payoff) Selling.
