With over 15 years of experience in the life sciences industry, Emily Hess brings a unique blend of technical expertise and operational leadership to her role. She joined ELIQUENT in 2025 and has previously held various leadership roles supporting rapid growth and continuous improvement efforts. 

Prior to her role at ELIQUENT, Emily was serving as Vice President of West Coast and National Consulting Operations. Emily was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Azzur’s Western region while also leading nationwide initiatives focused on best practice development and operational excellence across the consulting organization. Her background includes expertise in quality, risk management, utilities and facilities, and diagnostic instrumentation, as well as extensive experience building foundational programs in HR, recruiting, and finance. 

Emily is passionate about empowering consulting teams to deliver exceptional service to clients and is continuously inspired by their impact. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
