As the Talent Engagement Director at Eliquent Life Sciences, Emily ensures global recruitment needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Emily has held leadership roles within Eliquent for over 12 years and is currently responsible for a team of seasoned and accomplished Western US based recruiters. She manages recruitment projects for stateside and international clients, and contributes to recruitment strategy development, improvement and implementation. Emily initiates and maintains relationships with key consultant and client contacts, expanding Eliquent’s exceptional network. She identifies business opportunities for Eliquent and brings direct experience with establishing and growing active clients.

With close to 20 years of experience in life science recruiting and leadership, Emily plays a significant role in furthering Eliquent’s growth and contributing to its continued success. Prior to joining Eliquent, Emily worked in recruiting within the finance and banking industries.
