Emma-Jane is an experienced Business Transformation Consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the Pharmaceutical Industry. She specializes in Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Medical Communications, Management, Life Sciences, Acquisitions and Divestments.

Prior to joining ELIQUENT, Emma-Jane was Co-Founder and Partner at Truliant Consulting.  Additionally, she held leadership and consultant roles at IQVIA and Foresight Group International AG, where she served as Business Transformation Lead for Europe. In this capacity, she helped multiple top 50 pharmaceutical companies drive business transformation, including process, technology and organizational changes.

Emma-Jane’s earlier career includes roles at Amgen, where she began in a combined medical information, drug safety and product quality complaints role in 2006 and later grew into the role of IT business analyst supporting Drug Safety.

She has demonstrated excellence in resource management, business transformation, and consulting services while maintaining a focus on mentoring team members. Her experience spans pharmacovigilance, risk management, and regulatory affairs.

Emma-Jane holds a life sciences BSc from The Open University and a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification focused on Project Management and Process Transformation.
