As Manager of Regulatory Affairs for the Quality and Compliance Practice, Erin supports ELIQUENT’S product quality, manufacturing and compliance clients to ensure that their products comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Erin joins the ELIQUENT team following her May 2024 graduation from the University of Texas School of Law, where she focused her coursework and internships in the healthcare, life sciences, and environmental industries. Her legal internships provided her with well-rounded experience in regulatory work, and her passion for the food and drug industry stemmed from her undergraduate biology studies and immunology lab research.
Prior to law school, Erin graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a B.S. in Biology. There she conducted multiple years of immunology lab research, providing her with effective analytical skills and heightened attention to detail. Throughout her education she has held both academic and extracurricular leadership roles, including a board member position with the University of Texas School of Law’s Health Law Society, an Editor in Chief position with a Case Western Media Board organization, and a swim coach.

– Legal Intern, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Austin, TX: Research preemption of city ordinances by state law, Texas employment law issues, and legislative history of department statutes.
– Law Clerk, Environmental Integrity Project, Austin, TX: Analyzed state air permitting regulations nationwide for the purpose of challenging state permitting programs to reduce negative public health impacts.
– Student Attorney, Environmental Clinic, The University of Texas School of Law: Researched permits by rule and state air permitting regulations nationwide to support petitions to the EPA regarding Texas Commission on Environmental Quality compliance with the federal Clean Air Act.
– Legal Policy Intern, Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Austin, TX: Researched agency interpretations of intellectual and developmental disability definitions to unify statewide interpretation. Researched legislative history of various state statutes and presented findings for purposes of modernizing statutory requirements affecting agency function.
