As Director of Instructional Development, Kate Berumen supports the creation and maintenance of ELIQUENT Life Sciences’ best-in-class training course portfolio and its departmental processes. In concert with ELIQUENT subject matter experts, faculty, business leaders, and clients, she provides performance-based learning solutions that measurably improve the quality, safety, and effectiveness of our clients’ products and services.

Kate combines the science of learning with modern learning technology and industry insight to create personalized, results-oriented learning experiences. She champions the virtual learning and training evaluation segments of the business and manages third-party certification activities for our auditing course portfolio.

Kate contributes 25 years of training and education leadership in the global, public, and private sectors and nearly 20 years’ experience in quality management systems and regulatory compliance training.
