Nancy Abulmagd has more than 20 years of global human resources leadership primarily in the life sciences and professional services industries. Nancy specializes in many aspects within HR including talent management, operations, change management, engagement and workforce management, within high-growth and complex organizations.

Nancy joined the ELIQUENT Life Sciences from ZS Associates, a sales and marketing professional services firm, where she held the position of Senior Global HR Business Partner for 10 years. During her tenure, she advised and collaborated with top executives across all areas of human capital management. She led the development of impactful strategies that supported engagement, reternion, and capabilites development for a dynamic workforce.

In her earlier career, Nancy held HR positions at Genpact, Alliance Life Sciences Consulting Group and Aerotek.
