With a life sciences background, Pam has over 15 years experience of working within the pharmaceutical industry holding senior roles both globally and locally and latterly as a consultant to help, advise, support and solve client’s challenges across the pharmacovigilance arena.
Prior to joining ELIQUENT, Pam was part of Truliant Consulting, focusing on pharmacovigilance solutions and process improvements.
With a strong foundation in Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Operations, Pam has held a range of roles at varying levels of seniority, including Global Safety Associate, Regional Medical Liaison Manager, Medical Information Manager and Senior Medical Manager. They bring a versatile skill set that spans both strategic and operational functions within the life sciences sector. In addition to in-house roles, Pam has increasing consultancy experience, delivering impactful results in areas such as process improvement, PV operations, gap analysis, benchmarking, authoring procedural documentation, and training material development. Known for excellent project management capabilities, Pam combines strong people management skills with a detail-oriented approach to ensure high-quality outcomes in complex environments.
Pam holds a BSc (Hons) Degree in Applied and Human Biology from Aston University in the UK.
