Rosa is a seasoned professional in the life sciences sector, specializing in pharmacovigilance and risk management with over 20 years of experience providing business and technology solutions.

Prior to joining ELIQUENT, Rosa was Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Truliant Consulting.  She held senior leadership positions at Foresight Group, where she led global programs providing business and technology solutions from strategic planning, business process redesign, organization design, business case development, operations management, to solution implementation for Life Sciences clients.

Rosa’s earlier career includes working as a consultant in the PV space since 2002, where she focused on business process analysis and redesign initiatives and technology solutions improving efficiency for life sciences companies. She has also served as interim head of PV operations.

She specializes in regulatory compliance, process optimization, organizational design, and technology solutions aimed at enhancing patient safety and product efficacy.

Rosa earned her degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
