Saurabh Khurana stands out as an innovative and entrepreneurial leader in the pharmacovigilance (PV) space, renowned for crafting elegant solutions to complex business challenges and a proven ability to cultivate top-tier talent. Before his tenure at ELIQUENT, Saurabh co-founded Truliant Consulting, where he served as Chief Strategy Officer. His career also includes significant leadership roles at PRA Health Sciences and Foresight Group. At Foresight, he spearheaded the System Implementation practice, focusing on PV system implementations, configurations, migrations, and strategic PV initiatives, until its acquisition by IQVIA in 2017.

Saurabh’s foundational career began with co-founding Foresight Group India in 2008, where he steadily advanced as a consultant. From 2005 to 2007, he led the architecture and software development of a leading global safety system at Relsys, marking his entry into pharmacovigilance as an IT professional in 2003.

He is highly regarded for his technical acumen, strong management capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and profound functional knowledge within drug safety. Saurabh plays a critical role in shaping strategic direction by leveraging his deep understanding of pharmacovigilance systems and processes.
