Tracy supports the Talent Engagement team through collaboration with designated account teams on the strategy and plan for client prioritization in relation to talent sourcing and pipelining requirements.

With 5 years of global Talent Engagement experience, Tracy cultivates strong candidate pipelines and ensure a top tier inventory of consultants within key service verticals to meet the requirements of active and prospective client requisitions.

With more than 20 years experience of employee and customer engagement, Tracy co-ordinates with internal cross-functional portfolio account teams to deliver talent engagement services to client companies, including on/off-site talent delivery & proactive management of the consultant on & off-boarding process and experience. Assist in the research, preparation and management of content development for RFPs, SOWs and deliverables for client project bids, with support from the Client Engagement team.
