Currently, I serve as Director of Client Services at ELIQUENT Life Sciences, where I partner with clients from early development through to commercialization, aligning strategy with execution and connecting them with the regulatory, quality, and safety expertise needed to succeed. My role focuses on simplifying regulatory complexity, identifying the critical path forward, and assembling the right experts to deliver on each milestone ensuring the sponsor experience is seamless, efficient, and high-value.

I am an accomplished regulatory consulting and client services executive with more than ten years of experience helping life sciences innovators navigate intricate global regulatory landscapes. My career has centered on building, scaling, and leading consulting and outsourcing practices across the US, EU, APAC, and other major markets, delivering coordinated, high-impact solutions that support sponsors in achieving and sustaining market approvals.

In my current role as Director of Client Services at ELIQUENT Life Sciences, I work closely with sponsors from early-stage development through to product launch, translating complex regulatory requirements into clear strategies and actionable plans. I focus on charting the optimal regulatory pathway, mobilizing the right subject-matter experts at each stage, and ensuring every engagement is executed with precision. My commitment is to provide a smooth, efficient, and highly collaborative client experience that consistently drives successful outcomes.

Previously, I was Global Head of Contracting, Consulting & Outsourcing at AL Solutions, where I launched and grew a dedicated regulatory consulting division, expanded global contracting operations, and trained a high-calibre team to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Earlier in my career, I held senior roles at Discover International, ultimately serving as Associate Director – Regulatory Consulting & Outsourcing and leading the U.S. consulting and contracting business. There, I broadened service lines beyond regulatory to include Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Writing, Biostatistics, Clinical Operations, and Clinical Development, consistently driving growth and establishing the business as a leading global player in life science talent solutions.

I began my career in regulatory affairs recruitment and consulting leadership roles at Regulatory Connect and i-Pharm Consulting, where I developed a trusted reputation within the regulatory ecosystem for delivering premium SOW and interim staffing solutions, filling even the most complex and time-sensitive roles with precision. Across every role, my focus has been consistent: to deliver clarity in regulatory strategy, build expert teams tailored to each challenge, and ensure sponsors feel confident, informed, and fully supported throughout their product lifecycle.
